2nd Meeting of the Spanish Excellence Network neXtPVnet

The Platform-ZERO project was represented at the 2nd Meeting of the Spanish Excellence Network neXtPVnet (Next Generation Organic–Inorganic Photovoltaics Network), held in Toledo, Spain, on 6–7 November 2025.

The neXtPVnet network brings together leading Spanish research groups working on next-generation photovoltaic materials and devices, with a strong focus on organic–inorganic and emerging photovoltaic technologies. The meeting provided a platform for the exchange of recent scientific results, ongoing research activities, and future perspectives in advanced photovoltaic materials and energy conversion technologies.

On 7 November 2025, a presentation entitled “Current activities of the Energy Conversion Nanomaterials and Devices Group at UPO” was delivered by our colleague Paul Pistor, outlining the group’s ongoing research efforts in the field of photovoltaic materials and devices. The talk also contributed to increasing awareness of the Platform-ZERO project, particularly its activities related to advanced research methodologies, materials development, and innovation in photovoltaic technologies.

Participation in this event supported knowledge exchange within the Spanish research community and reinforced connections with national experts working on next-generation photovoltaic concepts, in line with Platform-ZERO’s objectives of fostering collaboration and dissemination across relevant scientific networks.
